Anais is a Los Angeles raised artist who fearlessly advocates with an anti-racism, intersectional feminism, and decolonial approach. It is seen through her culture-sensitive art and read upon in her written works.

She has conquered many artistic and educational endeavors. After her undergraduate studies, Anais had several paintings in many Los Angeles galleries, became a visual designer in fashion boutiques, and now her passion has led her to the challenges of costume design for theater. Upon completion of her MFA program, she began her journey to bring her talents and fight for social justice in the higher education field. Anais is now working as a costume designer in a college-level environment, assisting not only student productions, but shows focus for student success.
